TASTING: 

Nose with pleasant red fruit aromas and light woody notes. Well-rounded and elegant. Fine balance between tannins, aromatic richness and suppleness.

FOOD-WINE PAIRING:

A young Château Fontarabie vintage is ideal with red meat in sauce and game. An older vintage can be paired with lamproies (a local delicacy), red and white meat and cheese. Serve at a temperature between 16° and 18°C.
